Unit Sizes
The size of the garages vary from 5m² up to about 36m². Some are lockable with keys provided while some have provision for you to fit your own padlocks
24 Hour Access
All our storage facilities are available on very short lets and 24 hour access is provided. We have an office nearby and a fast access phone number if a problem occurs
Location & Security
- The Lock-up area is situated at Mill Street, Seven Stars Leyland Lancashire PR25 1TT and is secured via a steel access gate and a coded padlock
- The facility does not have power or water and to live peaceably with our neighbours, noisy maintenance on vehicles is not encouraged but routine service work is permitted during normal daylight hours. Commercial servicing of vehicles is NOT permitted
- To improve security and to prevent obstruction parking of vehicles in open space is not allowed
- Tenants must make their own arrangements for unit security and insurance
Form of Tenancy
Initially please contact Ken Linford to explain what you want to store and for how long so that we can arrange a meeting at our office (at 252 Leyland Lane, Leyland PR25 1TT) and the details of our tenancies can be explained in full. The details of Tenancies at Will are set out in detail. We can also arrange a visit to the units with one of our staff to view available storage space
There are no tenancy admin charges but we do require deposits which can be redeemed when a tenancy finishes and legal requirements have been discharged
